What happens after checkout
We capture the exchange rate at the moment of purchase and lock it to your order. If rates move before your parcel arrives, your price does not change.
Three shipping tiers
Standard International — 7 to 15 business days. The best value for most orders.
Express Worldwide — 3 to 6 business days with tracking from the first scan.
Climate Controlled — for formulas that ship with temperature constraints, such as certain retinol serums.
Customs, honestly
Import duties are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in the checkout price. Most destinations under $50 in value are duty-free, but rules vary. We always ship with accurate declarations — please do not ask us to under-declare.
Returns
Thirty days, unopened, from the day your parcel is delivered. We provide a prepaid label for most countries. Opened skincare cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, which is the same rule everywhere.
